5. Excluded Items
Unless expressly agreed in writing, ATC Movers does not transport cash, jewelry, legal documents, items of high sentimental value, hazardous materials, or illegal goods. The client is responsible for removing such items prior to the service.
6. Liability
ATC Movers will handle all items with reasonable care. However, the company is not responsible for damages caused by improper packing performed by the client, normal wear and tear, or events beyond its control (force majeure).
Any liability shall be limited in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated within a reasonable timeframe. ATC Movers may apply cancellation fees for late notices, as previously agreed.
